What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to design and deliver a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the business objectives
- Provide timely guidance and support on HR matters to employees at all levels of the organization
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development
- Develop and manage leadership and career development programs, including mentoring and coaching, to support employee growth and align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, headcount, turnover, performance evaluations, training and development outcomes) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
- Create a value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with a focus on employee relations, talent management, learning and development and organizational development
- Proficient in using HRIS systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid experience in mentoring and advising senior leaders and managers on HR-related issues
- Proven track record in designing and developing engaging instructional materials for various learning modalities
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Proficiency in spoken English and exceptional writing skills in the language
- Experience with data analytics tools and HR metrics platforms is a plus
- Excellent organizational and program management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
