  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to prioritize customer feedback and multitask among various channels
  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Willingness and readiness to work on shifts
  • Bonus points: understanding the blockchain space, terminology, trends & culture; experience in community management, fintech/internet-related sectors or the blockchain space
