What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning modules and instructional materials using both traditional and modern training methods and technologies
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse employees across different levels within the organization
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end learning and development programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet the set objectives
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs that address those needs while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. It would be advantageous to have previous experience collaborating with engineering teams
  • Work closely with the other teams and assist them in the administration of mandatory training
  • Lead the evaluation of training programs’ effectiveness, leveraging feedback and performance data to improve content and delivery methods continuously
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices into our L&D initiatives
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality resources and cost-effective solutions are utilized
  • Create routine and ad-hoc reports on Talent Growth activities and programs
  • Assists across employee engagement initiatives

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and training facilitation in a corporate organizational setting
  • Proven track record in designing and developing engaging instructional materials for various learning modalities
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Proficiency in spoken English and exceptional writing skills in the language
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and program management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is an asset
