You Are The Creator:
- Develop and refine the affiliate program as a product:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to continuously improve the affiliate program.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance affiliate recruitment, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to optimize program performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with developers to integrate the affiliate program with existing systems and ensure seamless functionality.
- Manage affiliate partner relationships:
- Onboard new affiliate prospects and nurture relationships with existing partners.
- Actively recruit new partners to the platform, expanding our reach and diversifying our partner base.
- Ensure affiliates are up to date with the latest product updates, promotions, and guidelines.
- Monitor promotions and placements across various channels to maximize exposure and engagement.
- Create and develop affiliate assets:
- Develop comprehensive affiliate guidelines and a database of assets, including promotional materials, banners, and landing pages.
- Provide affiliates with the resources they need to effectively promote Nexo's products and services.
- Identify and implement new opportunities:
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Identify and implement new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program's performance and drive growth.
- Analyze and report on affiliate performance:
- Track and analyze publishers' activity and performance, including traffic, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Benchmark best practices and monitor competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights into affiliate program performance and recommendations for optimization.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong focus on Growth, User Acquisition, Data-driven Strategies, and Performance Marketing.
- Data-driven growth mindset and a knack for numbers.
- Experience with web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics and Excel - must be able to get meaningful insights and KPIs from raw data.
- Good knowledge of the crypto market and its trends.
- Excellent communication, strategic, and analytical skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed.
