What Will You Be Doing:
- Prepare and execute data import processes to the ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure timely data imports
- Perform thorough validation checks on imported data to identify and rectify discrepancies
- Develop and implement validation processes to enhance data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor and analyze data import and validation processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
- Provide support to other departments with reconciliation-related issues
- Support the Finance and Accounting teams with various tasks to ensure deadlines and objectives are met on time
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- MS Excel skills
- SQL/data queries knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
