Your role:
- Own and drive the technical architecture of QA automation frameworks across Web, Mobile, and Synthetic (Production) testing.
- Make key technical decisions regarding tools, frameworks, and testing approaches.
- Define and implement technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the QA team.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to QA engineers.
- Drive technical innovation and modernization of QA practices.
- Analyze execution results.
- Follow the bug-logging best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and meet company goals.
- Drive knowledge-sharing and internal training initiatives.
What makes you stand out:
- 8+ years of automation experience.
- Strong programming skills with deep JavaScript expertise.
- A strong "automation-first" approach and a well-developed understanding of test automation methodologies.
- Extensive experience with - web automation (Selenium preferred), mobile automation, API testing, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred), Cucumber and BDD practices.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns.
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
Desired (but not essential):
- Experience with Performance testing.
- Experience with Synthetic(Production) tests.
- Knowledge of an additional programming language such as Java.
- Experience with event streaming platforms and messaging brokers such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
