You Are the Talent Magnet:
- Active participation in the end-to-end HR Administration process - contracts, termination orders, annexes for changes of Employment conditions and other documents;
- Daily communication with External Accounting regarding the preparation of all necessary documents;
- Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions;
- Responsible for the collection and administration of paid leaves, unpaid leaves, sick leaves, service notes and other documents;
- Оrganize and maintain personnel records in the Electronic system and act as primary point of contact regarding our Electronic records system;
- Create, remove accounts, keep up-to-date information about employees in the HR system;
- Send onboarding information and provide assistance to new employees;
- Prepare different reports upon request;
- Ensure compliance with labor code and all other government regulations;
- Answer employee questions and assists with enquiries;
- Stick to the highest standards of confidentiality.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role;
- University degree in Human Resources or Economics;
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills;
- Proactive and positive attitude;
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with HR software;
- Good knowledge of Bulgarian labor low;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
