What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure successful execution of Nexo’s direct communication across email, push & SMS
- Maintain & implement automated marketing campaigns across email, push & SMS
- Design, execute and report on email campaigns to drive existing customer retention
- Work with content specialists, designers and product marketers to produce new email campaigns based on the global marketing calendar
- Go-to-market planning & execution
- Maintain direct marketing reports
What We Look For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Direct Marketing & Automation with strong focus on Lifecycle/Retention Marketing
- Experience in quantifying direct marketing impact
- Data-driven growth mindset and a knack for numbers
- Good analytical, strategic & technical skills
